Checklist

Turn in a
completed Loyola College Veterans Benefits Form for
the upcoming semester to the Loyola College Records
Office (Maryland Hall 141). We cannot certify your
enrollment to the regional office unless you submit
this form.

Report any change in credit hours to the Loyola College
Records Office as soon as possible. Delay in reporting a change in status may
impede the processing of your benefits.
- Veterans in Chapter 30, 34/30 must return the self-verfication
form to Buffalo in order to receive a check. Indicate
the number of credit hours you are currently taking
and make sure your address is accurate.
To begin an inquiry into the status of your benefits, contact the Loyola College
Records Office, or directly call the Baltimore Office
at 1-800-827-1000. Be sure to mention:
REMEMBER: The regional office will only take an inquiry if it has been
4 to 6 weeks since your paperwork was sent.
