A case and doctrinal approach to criminal procedural freedoms of the fourth, fifth, sixth, eighth, and fourteenth amendments of the United States Constitution. Due process, search and seizure, wiretapping, privacy, self-incrimination, cruel and unusual punishment. A visit to the Supreme Court is planned. IU
